Cognitive Ability Tests

Cognitive ability tests assess how you think, process information, and solve problems. Through engaging and immersive exercises, it measures key abilities such as numeracy, attention to detail, logical reasoning, error detection, and business reasoning. This assessment is an effective tool for talent identification and development.

Test format:

The test consists of two levels:
- Level 1: Measures foundational cognitive reasoning and includes the subtests Numerify, Reasonify, and Detectify.
- Level 2: Measures advanced cognitive reasoning and includes the subtests Reasonify, and Interpretify.
Tests are timed and completed in short sections.
Each subtest typically lasts between 4 and 6 minutes. The full-suite takes between 20-40 minutes.
Questions may be interactive or standard multiple choice.
Number of questions vary depending on the format and test.
Responses are scored based on accuracy.
